Help Us Provide Support to Children And Families Affected By Current Health and Economic Crisis

Due to the current COVID-19 health, economic and social crisis many of our families are facing overwhelming challenges. Schools are having to go online at the beginning of the Fall 2020 and some students do not have access to the needed technology to be able to participate in virtual school. Families continue to recover from losing work hours or their jobs. The needs are many but you can help make a difference today. See below how you can partner with us and together support our most vulnerable.

Since March 14th, our team has been providing RELIEF AID in the form of a weekly CARE PACKAGE and FINANCIAL AID to families experiencing job loss to help with rent, groceries and utilities. The CARE PACKAGE includes food and essential items and a note of encouragement. We packed and delivered these care packages weekly to our families involved in our program following the CDC guidelines from May until June. From June to July we started our summer programing in small groups in order to maintain social distancing while at the same time offer a quality summer program to our children. Each child that participated in our summer mentoring program received a CARE PACKAGE each day the program met.

As we approach the start of the new school year we want to be prepared to continue to partner and support our families.
